We want to let you know that Utorg Hÿper App is temporarily unavailable on App Store for new users. Here’s what this means:
The app CANNOT be downloaded from the App Store right now.
If you delete the app, you won’t be able to reinstall it. This could affect your ability to top up, freeze, or set a PIN for your card, and you might lose access to your wallet if your recovery phrase isn’t saved.
In-app push notifications, including OTP codes for payments, won’t work during this time.
The good news? If you’ve already installed our app, you can still keep using it like always. Plus, OTP codes will be sent via SMS.
To keep everything working smoothly, here’s what we recommend:

Make sure to save and back up your recovery phrase
Your recovery phrase is a unique set of words that acts as your wallet’s backup. If you lose it, you will lose access to your crypto, and we won’t be able to help you recover it due to the app’s non-custodial nature. To ensure your wallet is always accessible:Write it down and store it securely.
Never share it with anyone—not even with us.

Turn off “Offload unused apps”
On iPhones, unused apps may be removed automatically to save space. If the Utorg Hÿper App is offloaded, you won’t be able to reinstall it. To avoid unexpected Utorg Hÿper App removal, disable the “Offload unused apps” feature on your phone:Open Settings.
Navigate to the App Store.
Find Offload unused apps and switch the toggle to OFF.
