Want to exchange your crypto in the Utorg app? Here is our new function - Exchange!
Please follow the simple steps below to exchange your crypto:
Tap on the “Exchange” button in the Dashboard of the app.
Choose the crypto you want to exchange at the top, and the crypto you want to receive at the bottom.
3. Enter the amount of crypto you want to exchange, and you will see how much crypto you will receive. Also, you will see the fee amount you pay for exchange.
4. Confirm the exchange and wait for the "Exchange in progress" window. As soon as it appears, you will see the exchange details. Then you can tap on the "Close" button and wait for the result.
5. You can go to the "Activity" tab of the app and check the status of your exchange. If you tap on the transaction, you will see the full information about the exchange with the status, date & time of transaction creation, exchange amounts, fees amounts, information about "From" and "To" crypto and networks, and links to explorers.
6. If the swap transaction status is "Completed" - you will see the exchanged crypto in your wallet. If the status is "Failed" - please try to repeat the exchange, or contact support for help. "In progress" status means the exchange is still in progress, so you need to wait for the status to be changed.
