Possible exchange issues and resolution

Here are some cases you can face during the cryptocurrency exchange process. We did our best for you to be able to resolve them in the fastest way.


Pair not available

If you see the "Pair not available" phrase after you have chosen crypto for exchange, this means that at the moment one of the chosen crypto is not available for exchange.

To resolve this, please choose the available crypto in the list provided. Available crypto is shown in the black color, not supported crypto is pale grey.

Meanwhile, we are working on adding more currencies for exchange and improving the swaps option.

Insufficient [crypto name]

When you see the "Insufficient [crypto name]" phrase on the screen, it means that the entered "From" crypto amount is higher than you have in the wallet.

Please cut the amount for exchange or replenish the crypto balance in your wallet.

Not enough [crypto name] for fee

"Not enough [crypto name] for fee" means that you have not enough of mentioned token for paying the fee for the exchange.

Please replenish the amount of the mentioned token in your wallet.

Entered amount is too low/too high

The meaning of the "Entered amount is too low/too high" is that the entered amount is entered below or above exchange limits set up in our system.

Please enter higher/lower exchange amount to resolve the issue, or contact our support team to get more details on the allowed exchange amounts.

Failed exchange transaction

If there is a Failed transaction status, this may happen to network issues, provider issues or too long time of confirming the transaction.

In this case, please repeat the exchange or contact our support team for help.
