As we streamline our backend to prepare for the next generation of cryptocard features, the following services will be temporarily paused starting December 31, 2025:
New Card Issuance: We are pausing the creation of new virtual cards as we prepare to migrate to our new, enhanced card system.
Referral System: Our current referral program will take a break. Stay tuned for a revamped rewards system coming soon!
Bank Statements: Legacy bank statement generation will be disabled. We recommend downloading any historical data you might need before this date.
How to Keep Your Card Powered Up
The most important update involves your ability to top up your EUR balance using crypto. We want to ensure you don't miss a beat!
The Action Step: To comply with updated global standards and unlock upcoming features, all users must accept our new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
On December 25, 2025: Keep a close eye on your inbox! You should have received an email containing a link to a secure webform.
The Deadline: If you accept the new terms via the webform by December 31, 2025, your card top-ups will continue to work perfectly without any interruption.
What if I miss it? If you haven't accepted the new terms by the 31st, top-up functionality will be temporarily disabled until the form is completed.

Technology can be tricky sometimes! If you haven't seen our email by the end of the day on December 25 (and you've already checked your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders), don't worry. Our Support Team is standing by. Simply reach out via the in-app chat or help center, and they will provide you with your personal link to the webform.
