To get a Utorg card, simply follow these steps:
Tap on “Order your Utorg card”:

3. Enter your email address:
4. Confirm your email by entering the code:
5. Enter your phone number:
Please enter your valid phone number. It will be used for verification codes.
6. Select your country of residence:
7. Pass the KYC - liveness check, proof of identity and proof of residence are required.
8. Proof of residence must:
Be issued within the last 3 months;
Clearly display your full name and residential address;
Be one of the following: a utility bill, bank statement, or another government-issued document.
For Ukrainians:
Ukrainian proof of residence is fully accepted, except for addresses located in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine;
Please try to upload proof of residence in English language.
9. Wait until your documents are reviewed.
10. As soon as your verification is successful, you will see the card processing screen. Wait for 3-5 minutes for your card to appear in the app.
If you don't see the card within 15 minutes - please contact support via chat in the app.
11. Check the card in the Cards tab of the app:
