Saving your seed phrase with the Utorg app is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps to store your seed phrase securely:
1. Initiate the backup process. You can either tap on “Back up now” in the pop-up or navigate to the “Back up recovery phrase” section in the app’s Settings. These options will be available once you have created a new wallet or restored access to an existing one.
2. To access the “Back up recovery phrase” screen, enter your PIN code or use Biometrics authentication.
3. Save your seed phrase. You can either write it down on a sheet or copy it from this screen and paste it into a secure place. Once you have saved your seed phrase, tap on “Save recovery phrase”
Please note: we highly suggest writing down your seed phrase using pen and paper. Don’t store it on your phone in any form.
4. Verify your seed phrase by selecting the correct words in the right order, then tap on “Submit”
5. And that is it! Your seed phrase is now securely saved and ready for use whenever you need it. Tap “Continue” to close the screen.
