Updated over a year ago

To verify your residence address, we require specific documents that meet our criteria. Please provide one of the following documents, issued within the last 3 months, displaying your full name and residential address:

  • Utility bill

  • Bank or credit card statement

  • Tax invoice

  • Other government-issued residential statement or certificate

Please note that we do not accept the following as proof of address:

  • Screenshots

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Medical bills

  • Purchase receipts

  • Insurance statements

To ensure the validity of your proof of address, it must meet these requirements:

  • Clearly show your full name

  • Display your full home address (PO Box addresses are not accepted)

  • Include the date of issue

  • Show the name of the issuing entity

  • Issued within the last 3 months

  • When photographing the document, capture the entire sheet of paper

  • Upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents; screenshots will not be accepted

  • The address printed on the document should not be a PO Box address

By providing a document that meets these requirements, you can successfully verify your residence address.
