To verify your residence address, we require specific documents that meet our criteria. Please provide one of the following documents, issued within the last 3 months, displaying your full name and residential address:

Other government-issued residential statement or certificate
Please note that we do not accept the following as proof of address:
Screenshots
Mobile phone bills
Medical bills
Purchase receipts
Insurance statements
To ensure the validity of your proof of address, it must meet these requirements:
Clearly show your full name
Display your full home address (PO Box addresses are not accepted)
Include the date of issue
Show the name of the issuing entity
Issued within the last 3 months
When photographing the document, capture the entire sheet of paper
Upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents; screenshots will not be accepted
The address printed on the document should not be a PO Box address
