Why isn't my currency appearing in the wallet?

There are two possible reasons why your currency is not appearing in the wallet:

  • The cryptocurrency you have selected is not currently supported by our wallet;

  • It may be supported on a different blockchain than the one you have chosen.

We strive to provide support for a wide range of cryptocurrencies, but it’s possible that the specific currency you’re looking for is not available yet. You can refer to our list of supported cryptocurrencies and blockchains to check if your desired currency is included.

If the cryptocurrency you have selected is indeed supported, but you still can't see it in your wallet, there's a simple solution. You can manually add the currency to your list of displayed assets. To do this, navigate to the main page of the wallet and locate the "Cryptocurrencies" section. Click on it (as shown in the screenshot), and you will be presented with a menu where you can choose the specific cryptocurrency you want to display. Select your desired currency, and it should now be visible in your wallet.
