We’re happy to let you know that our app is available on the App Store again under its new name — Utapp.
If you currently have the old Utorg app installed, DO NOT DELETE IT YET. First, you need download Utapp and import your existing wallet from old Utorg app to new Utapp using your back up recovery phrase.
What you need to do
Download Utapp from the App Store.
Go to your old Utorg app and save back up recovery phrase.
Import your existing wallet into Utapp using your recovery phrase.
Your recovery phrase is the unique set of words that gives you access to your non-custodial wallet.Make sure your wallet has been successfully imported into Utapp and you can access it before deleting the old Utorg app.
DO NOT delete the old app before completing the import. If you delete it without having your recovery phrase saved, you may permanently lose access to your wallet and crypto. Due to the non-custodial nature of the wallet, we won’t be able to recover it for you.
Keep your recovery phrase safe.
Write it down and store it securely.
Never share it with anyone — not even with us.
Make sure you have a secure backup before making any changes to the old app.
Check if your wallet is imported and accessible in Utapp.
