With Multiwallets, you can manage multiple crypto wallets while continuing to use your existing Utorg cards.
Your card balance and identity verification (KYC) remain unchanged when switching between wallets that share the same verification. However, the wallet you select determines which funds are used for card top-ups.
How do cards work with Multiwallets?
Here's what you need to know:
Shared cards and balances: Wallets linked to the same verified identity share access to the same cards and their balances.
Switching wallets: Changing your active wallet does not affect your card balance or verification status, provided the wallets share the same KYC.
Card availability: If you remove all wallets from the Utorg app, your card will continue to work as usual. However, you won't be able to view or top up your card in the app until you create or import a wallet.
How to top up your card
Card top-ups are always processed using funds from your currently active wallet.
Follow these steps:
Open the Utorg app and make sure the wallet holding the funds you want to use is active.
If necessary, use the wallet switcher to select a different wallet.
Go to the Cards section and select the card you want to top up.
Initiate a top-up and follow the on-screen instructions.
The funds will be deducted from your active wallet.
Important: You cannot select a different source wallet during the top-up process. To use funds from another wallet, switch to that wallet before initiating a top-up.

What if my imported wallet has a different card and verification?
If you import a wallet that was previously linked to a different Utorg account with its own card and identity verification, its existing card and verification will remain separate.
Cards and balances from different verified accounts are not merged.
Instead, the card displayed in the Utorg app depends on your active wallet:
When you switch to the imported wallet: The card and balance associated with its original verification will appear in the Cards section.
When you switch back to your previous wallet: The card and balance associated with that wallet's verification will appear again.
This allows you to access cards associated with different verified accounts within the same Utorg app while keeping their balances and verification details separate.
